Over the past three weeks, however, we have experienced significant downtime across these services. We want to take this opportunity to acknowledge the disruption, explain what happened, and share how we are moving forward.
The interruptions were the result of malicious actors targeting our infrastructure. To ensure the long-term stability and security of our services, our team made the difficult decision to rebuild all affected servers from the ground up. While this process was complex and time-consuming, it was the most reliable way to protect our platform and safeguard the user experience going forward. We are pleased to report that all systems are now fully restored and operating at the standards you expect and at the level of the past few years.
We recognise the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. Trust and reliability are central to our relationship with subscribers, and we take any disruptions in service very seriously. To make this right, we are offering every subscriber the choice of one of two options:

A pro rata reduction in your subscription fee to fairly reflect the downtime you experienced.

The opportunity to add a second connection at half price, giving you more flexibility and value as a thank you for your patience.
Subscribers can choose the option that best suits their needs. Simply inform your reseller of the option you wish to proceed with at the expiration of your subscription period and these adjustments will be made.
